First: How do you get rid of love handles? I’ve heard only cardio and diet affects that. Is there anything else I can do?
@WickedAwesomeeAna Daily is always best. I would recommend you do this daily and after a cardio exercise so that it is most effective. If you only do this routine every once in a while, you’re not going to get the best results.

i was looking for a thirty minute toning workout post cardio and i came across your video! i’m so excited because my “workout room” consists of a treadmill and some free weights so this is exactly the type of thing i was looking for. i find an at home workout to be the easiest way to keep healthy without costing a fortune
