I would try Yahoo! Small Business because you can get everything in one package that you need: website/hosting, shopping cart, and merchant account so that you can accept credit/debit card payments.
Consider adding a blog to your site and discuss the items you are selling or just fashion in general. You want to make sure people visit your website, so that they BUY, and a blog is a pretty good way to start doing that.
Also look into PPC (pay per click) advertising with Google and Yahoo.
