I have been approached to start a home based business which I have been searching for. I was very impressed with the business mentor, but through research have discovered them on several scam reports. I cannot afford to lose any $ so any info would be appreciated.

Herbalife is not a scam — to be successful, you’d need to be passionate about losing weight, develop a strong personal testimony from use of their products, and find other people who feel the same way to sell the product to.
Follow your instincts. Personally, I chose not to venture into Herbal Life myself because I didn’t think it would be something I could really sell. But that was me and everyone has their own strengths.
When researching which home based business I wanted to get involved in, most importantly was finding something I could be passionate about and something people would continue to come back for. I found that Scentsy met those needs for me.
